I volunteered one or two years from 13 to 14 i guess at a hospital…that was really fun actually.
I have had a job as a care taker for a group home before and I found that fullfilling.
My son who died had Trisomy 21 and I have a big heart for people with Downs…I would like to make awareness for them somehow…i just think if we raise our expectations for their quality of life then they will achieve higher.
Lately I feel like being a freedom fighter…at this time in my life.
but
i was watching i am sam last month, and it was encouraging. I admire to see someone who is disabled but who just fights all the harder.

maybe that is a good idea to volunteer sometime at a hospital
